Those amazing animals

I've never really understood why anyone would own a bird. Okay, I had some finches once when I was in junior high school until I came home one day to find some tail feathers sticking out of my cat's mouth. But I digress...

I think it's pretty amusing that people can teach some birds to talk, but I wonder if sometimes folks cross the line when training a talking bird.

Check out this video:

Now watch this one. I don't know about you, but I don't think I'd want my parrot singing this in the middle of the night:

Yeah...not a fan of parrots.

I may need to submit a reimbursement request to FOTTSP for my therapy now. Good thing I'm already not sleeping or I would have nightmares.
Bock bock bagack!

I feel so old, but I could only watch about a minute of the 1st video. The 2nd one though made me laugh, but yeah, I would not want to hear that in the middle of the night. Freaky.

You'd prefer he sing "Poker Face"?

This would be marginally less disturbing if the parrot had been copying the first video, instead of an asthmatic 90-year-old chinese man.

Of course, if the parrot was singing Single Ladies, it would be a completely different story. Especially if you found a little parrot leotard first.
