Patiently

Just thought I would add yet another entry into the blog carnival!

Bonus? I was TOTALLY at this concert! Fourth row - do you see me? It was at the Summit (now referred to as Joel Osteen's church - Grrr...)

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go find my hair brush and air guitar...

Just so you know, I'm singing at the top of my lung right now...

And I just realized, I was 14 years old. My mom dropped off me and my friends. At the Summit. By ourselves. Dang, I would never do that today.

Let's see, for that concert I would have been a bit over a year and a half. I'm just sayin.

I can picture 14 year old katdish with her hair all teased.

I also wouldn't be able to drop my kids off to something like this, but it was a regular thing back in 'the day'...

I would have been 10 I wasn;t allowed to go to a concert other than Kenny Rogers*(w/ My dad no less) until I was 18.

So what is the normal age to think about taking your kids to a concert these days if you are with them and what kind of concert?
I mean I would love to see Bon Jovi again and K has discovered a love for them as well, but I think 6 is too young. I could see maybe a more sedate country concert(like me going to Kenny ) but just wondered. My friends 12 year old is throwing a fit because they won't let him go to AC/DC

Well I took my youngest to his first concert when he was 9 months old. He slept through most of David Crowder
