Maybe it would work if it was declared in the lobby of your mortgage company instead of at your place of employment?

Funny... If "declaring" worked so easily like that, I'd rather just declare "money in the bank!"

Yes. I am one of those irritating people who, if had three wishes, would make the last wish three more wishes....
